Mitch Gaynor
Chief Administration Officer
Mitch Gaynor is Marvell’s Chief Administration Officer and oversees the company’s Human Resources, Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs teams. In his role, Mitch continues to transform Marvell’s work environment into one in which employees can do their best work, grow their careers and share in the company’s success.
Mitch has more than 25 years of experience as an executive officer at publicly held tech companies where he led their legal departments. 2016 年加入 Marvell 之前，Mitch 曾担任过 Juniper 网络、Portal 软件 和 Sybase 公司的执行官和法律总顾问。 他的法律生涯始于旧金山 Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison 法律事务所。
